Ideally, it should be introduced <strong>no later than 7 months<\/strong>.<br>Start with <strong>a cooked egg yolk<\/strong>, and offer just <strong>a quarter of an egg per meal<\/strong>. It can <strong>replace meat or fish<\/strong> in a meal.<br>As always, check with your <strong>pediatrician<\/strong> before introducing new foods like eggs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Let\u2019s talk broccoli.<\/strong><br>Broccoli is packed with <strong>vitamins C and K<\/strong>, making it an excellent veggie for babies! Although it\u2019s not the most popular vegetable in France (thanks to its strong taste), it\u2019s a great one to introduce early in your baby\u2019s food journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If baby doesn\u2019t like it at first, don\u2019t worry!<br>It often takes <strong>multiple tries<\/strong> before a baby gets used to a new taste. So be patient and keep trying \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s what you\u2019ll need for this broccoli and cooked egg yolk puree (from 6 months, 2 servings):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>6.35 oz broccoli (180g)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2.8 oz potatoes (80g)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 very fresh egg<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 tbsp oil<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Start by boiling some water to cook the egg.<\/strong><br><em>Quick tip:<\/em> <strong>Never wash the egg before boiling<\/strong>, this can actually increase the risk of salmonella by pushing bacteria through the shell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the water is boiling, <strong>gently add the egg<\/strong> and cook it for <strong>11 minutes<\/strong> to get a perfectly hard-boiled egg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the time is up, <strong>transfer the egg to a bowl of cold water<\/strong> to cool it down and stop the cooking process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the meantime, wash your <strong>broccoli<\/strong> thoroughly and <strong>cut
