Food diversification is an important step in your baby's life. That is why I wanted to share with you my experience as a mom, and my homemade baby food recipes, very different from one to another recipe. I cook my baby food recipes starting the beggining of food diversification (around 4 months), and for older babies. I cook a lot of fruits and vegetables so that my baby can really discover tastes and savors the best as he can during his food diversification. I want to say that baby food diversification is a really important step, and your doctor is the best to tell you exactly how to introduce ingredients in your baby's food.
Also, food diversification starts around 4 months, but some doctors recommend to start later, around 6 months. Always listen to your doctor first, he will always tell you the best for your baby.
