We add onion and garlic for exceptional taste.
This recipe can be given from 8 months. We’ll introduce some texture by partially blending our vegetables (ensuring we don’t completely smooth it out by using low power on our blender) and adding rice.

Ingredients
For approximately 21 oz (600g) of ratatouille and rice, around 3 meals :
- 6 oz (170g) eggplant
- 6 oz (170g) zucchini
- 5 oz (140g) red bell pepper
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 8 oz (220g) tomatoes
- 2.6 oz (75g) onion (half an onion)
- 2 small cloves (0.1 oz or 3g) garlic
- 1.2 oz (35g) uncooked rice
- 2 teaspoons thyme
