Strawberry, banana and cane sugar baby puree recipe (from 7 months)
Strawberries are red fruits with allergenic properties. The allergic reaction if it takes place usually goes around the mouth, so you’ll see it pretty quickly.
The strawberry is an acid fruit, this is the reason why the banana goes very well with because it brings the sweetness necessary not to brutalize the baby’s palate. This red fruit is an excellent source of vitamin C.
The banana is a sweet fruit, very rich in water and which gives energy. It is rich in fiber, protein, phosphorus, iron and vitamins. It will also help improve intestinal transit.

Here is what you need to prepare this strawberry, banana and cane sugar baby puree recipe (from 7 months, 1 serving):
- - 1 banana
- - 6 strawberries
- - 1 tsp cane sugar (optional)
Start by washing your strawberries.
We hull them and remove the small white part from the middle.
Place your strawberries in your steam basket and cook them for 4 minutes.
while the strawberries are steaming, peel your banana and remove all the superfluous around, you know, the small filaments etc …
Slice your banana.
Place your sliced banana and your strawberries in the blender, with the tablespoon of cane sugar (optional). Blend until obtaining the ideal consistency.
It’s ready! Place in the refrigerator at least a good hour before your baby’s snack 🙂
