A baby purée easy to prepare. Near 6 months you can start introducing meat into your baby’s food (1 teaspoon of meat or fish per meal, for lunch only). Food diversification has normally started at the age of 4/5 months for your baby, so you can add meat or fish to his meal.
The zucchini carrot potato and ham baby puree is quite simple to cook.
Here’s what you’ll need for this Zucchini carrot potato and ham baby puree recipe (from 6 months):
- - 1 zucchini
- - 1 medium size carrot
- - 1 medium size potato
- - 1 ounce of ham
- - A steam cookeo
- - A blender
I introduce 1 ounce of ham because we will be able to prepare 3 meals for our babies, we will keep the leftovers for other meals! Convenient for moms who do not have time to cook every day!
Start by washing and peeling your vegetables.
Cut them into small cubes.
Put them in your steam cooker for about 14 minutes and relax 🙂
Once cooked, put the vegetables in your blender, with the ham, and a little tablespoon of olive oil. Blend everything to get a nice baby purée. It’s ready ! You will see, baby loves this puree, a real treat for him.

Bon appétit baby!
Bonjour ! I was wondering what ham you use for baby? In Canada we have “ham” which has a lot of sodium / salt and I am not sure if it’s okay? Would just pork be good? Thank you 🙂
