- - 1 zucchini
- - 1 medium size carrot
- - 1 medium size potato
- - 1 ounce of ham
- - A steam cookeo
- - A blender
I introduce 1 ounce of ham because we will be able to prepare 3 meals for our babies, we will keep the leftovers for other meals! Convenient for moms who do not have time to cook every day!
Start by washing and peeling your vegetables.
Cut them into small cubes.
Put them in your steam cooker for about 14 minutes and relax 🙂
Once cooked, put the vegetables in your blender, with the ham, and a little tablespoon of olive oil. Blend everything to get a nice baby purée. It’s ready ! You will see, baby loves this puree, a real treat for him.

Bonjour ! I was wondering what ham you use for baby? In Canada we have “ham” which has a lot of sodium / salt and I am not sure if it’s okay? Would just pork be good? Thank you 🙂
