We are going to make a zucchini, ham and Kiri® cheese baby soup. Your baby will adore this recipe!
This baby soup will be unctuous, smooth, perfect to start introducing meat smoothly in your baby meals.
The ham is one of the first baby meats. Baby will start, after the agreement of his doctor, around 6 months.
Always prefer meat for lunch rather than in the evening, and put only 0,35oz of meat per meal, and always remove the fat!
The Kiri® cheese will bring an unctuous taste, perfect for the baby’s palate!
Here what you need for this zucchini, ham and Kiri® cheese baby soup recipe (from 6 months, for 2 meals) :
- - 1 zucchini
- - 1 small potato
- - Ham : 0,70oz
- - 1 Kiri® cheese
- - Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- - Mineral water
- - A aucepan and steam basker or a steam cooker
- - A blender
We start by washing and peeling the zucchini, we remove the ends and we cut it in thin slices.
We place the slices in our steam basket.
We wash the potato, and we peel it. We cut it in small slices. We add those slices in our steam basket and the cooking will start.
I counted 14 minutes for the steam cooking.
Once cooked, we blend our vegetables (No need to add cooking water cause the zucchini is full of water after cooking). We then add the ham and the Kiri® cheese, we blend again.
Our baby soup is now ready, this baby recipe is over! We will just add our tablespoon of olive oil and mix. It’s ready!
Bon appetit baby !
